How do I know if I'm doing it correctly?
This is a great question. For those that are serious about learning to dance and realize the need for professional feedback, we do offer this paid program. Click here to get more information.
How many video am I suppose to do each day?
You are recommended to do ALL videos listed for each day. If you would like to do them more than once that’s even better. This schedule is my recommended guide, please feel free to make changes as necessary to suit your needs.
Must I follow them in a particular order?
The order in which I listed them is my recommendation. You can break them up and do it throughout the day, but it’s best just to finish it all in one session so you can strengthen your muscle memory.
Is it possible to over train?
Yes and no.
Please be very careful when popping your legs. It is possible to injure your knee if it is hyperextended. Please use caution when popping your leg.
Aside from the legs, it is not possible to over train. Please use your own judgement when training.
Can I take more rest days or change the schedule?
Yes, feel free to make changes as necessary and rest when you feel your body needs it. There is no one size fits all and this schedule is just my recommendation.
It's too hard! Any tips?
It’s meant to be hard! If it wasn’t hard, you wouldn’t get results. Don’t feel pressured in performing at 100% at the start. Go at your own pace. The key is to keep track of your progress, commit to this schedule. Building dance skills take time and effort. Be patient and persist. You will gain this reward. It will last you a lifetime.
What should I do after I finish the program?
It depends on your goals. Some dancers are ready to begin another dance program. Some dancers need to repeat the same program. I recommend giving yourself one week off entirely after the program as rest is important.
