Dance With Ceech

Account data & privacy

Effective October 20, 2026. This notice describes the sign-in directory and distinguishes it from other site data.

When you sign in

DanceWithCeech records your verified Google account identifier, email address, and first and latest recorded sign-in. This happens when you complete Google sign-in, including when you never play BeatFirst. We use this directory to operate the service and let the site owner understand account usage. The directory and private activity dashboard are available only to the site owner. We do not store Google access tokens, passwords, IP addresses, location, or browsing history in this directory.

Historical email matches

For accounts with saved practice but no recorded website sign-in, the private owner dashboard may show an email matched by the exact Google account identifier already saved in attendance account records. Only the identifier and email are matched; class, attendance, location and other student details are excluded. A historical association is labeled separately and does not create a first or latest website sign-in.

How long records stay

A directory record expires 90 days after its latest recorded sign-in, immediately stops appearing in the dashboard, and is physically removed by daily cleanup within the following 24 hours. Signing in again refreshes that period; a sign-in after expiry starts a new first recorded sign-in. Historical email matches expire 90 days after the actual recovery date and are removed by the same daily cleanup. A real new Google sign-in replaces the historical association with its normal sign-in record. Routine provider backups may retain deleted data until their normal backup rotation. We cannot reconstruct sign-ins from before collection began.

Delete your account email records

While signed in, use this button to delete your own directory entry and historical email match immediately. We retain a one-way account marker, without your email, only to prevent a later historical recovery from restoring deleted or expired email records. Signing in again creates a new entry. You may also request deletion or ask about your data by emailing [email protected] from the relevant account.

Other site data

The owner dashboard may also show saved BeatFirst rounds and practice-trainer scores under the same Google account identifier. A save is not a sign-in or a measure of time spent dancing. Deleting the directory entry does not delete saved progress, attendance, purchases, or other separately stored records; contact us to request deletion of those records. This release does not add active-time tracking, promotional enrollment, or public account listings.

Public pages also use Google Analytics and Meta measurement. The private owner dashboard and this account-data page block those analytics scripts. Existing payment, attendance, and mailing services keep their separate records; the owner dashboard uses only the minimal historical identity association described above.
